"The work of Nersesova leads us to recognize the difference between abstraction and automatism because although at first glance it seems abstract, it is not. In her work, she uses all the senses and recurs to automatism to draw, in the same way that the surrealists did. In reality, it is a stream of consciousness which gives way to her dream world, the occult and possibly to memories lost, what is finally revealed in her work. This flow is the primary element that generates the stroke and the movement in her drawings so they become like windows to that which is familiar to us, and perhaps lies in the collective unconscious, hence we are able to read and interpret them but they definitely do not belong to the realm of the real"
