This video introduces some exercises that help build internal awareness of the alignments and basic mechanics that allow for dissociation. The exercises are based on my study of yoga, ballet, Gyrotonics and my work with the brilliant Mariana Dragone and Eugenia Parrilla in Buenos Aires.
